Pustnik is a play on the Romanian word for “hermit” since that’s the focus of our residency: retreating from the modern world, getting amongst nature, and writing like a crazy person. We invite emerging screenwriters from all over Europe to join us in an environment dedicated to clearing away distractions and finding real flow. We’ll enjoy local food and wine, get lost in the woods, and knuckle down on our scripts.
